Introducing Aidan Hay
Introducing our incredible tutor and conductor, Aidan Hay
Aidan has been making music since the age of 10, beginning with the clarinet before transitioning to the oboe at 12. His curiosity and passion for music have continued to grow ever since. His love for teaching emerged when he became the drum major of his high school’s marching band in Burlingame, California. In this role, he was responsible for teaching students proper marching techniques, leading parades, coordinating band performances, and organising field shows.
Aidan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music Education at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. He is dedicated to fostering a positive and enriching band environment, helping students develop their musical skills while ensuring they have fun and can express themselves along the way.
